Agreement between Gerald [Fitzgerald, ninth] earl of Kildare and “Ed’m nigrum” lord of Okinseley [identified in an endorsement as Edmund duff Mdongho], by which the latter is to pay from his own lands annually six marks, or this value in honey, to Gerald. 5 May, 10 Henry VIII [1518]. Parchment indenture with red wax seal largely intact. Dimensions: c130 x 249 (80 x 216). 15 lines (including the names of witnesses, e.g. John Cusake and George Darsy, which were added).
